Juice Cleanses



Cold Pressed (or Raw) juice is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and is extremely nutrient dense.  Everything our bodies are craving but generally does not get enough of on a daily basis.

Juice cleansing (consuming a large quantity of juice over a short time period) floods the body with more fruit and vegetable nutrients than you could possibly consume from fresh raw produce. 

This amount of nutrition all at once gives the body a vibrant wake-up call. Juice cleansing has been known to restore, detoxify, energize, and balance the body.

Consuming a cleanse is a great way to reset your body and ready it for healthy & nutritious foods, decrease inflammation, increase energy, and have been known to aid in weight management.

At Blended Health & Smoothie Bar, all juice cleanses are Cold Pressed on a Goodnature Juicer fresh per order.  We are cultivated cleanses that are friendly to your pallet while focusing on increasing immunity, decreasing inflammation, and detoxifying your system!

Tips on successfully completing a Juice Cleanse

  • If possible, start scaling back and eliminating processed foods and red meat from your diet 3 days prior to starting your cleanse
  • Drink 10-12 glasses of water a day while cleansing
  • If you are starving, eat… but follow the rule “if you can juice it, you can eat it”. Stick with low-fiber fruits & vegetables and raw nuts
  • Avoid rigorous exercise while cleansing
  • Get at least 8 hours of sleep while cleansing

When is a good time to cleanse?

The easy answer is: ANYTIME!

  • Before you start a new eating regimen
  • One day a week to keep your body
  • After a vacation or a holiday to help reset the body
